This time, Baowei New Energy exhibited the latest generation of PowerFit-Blade 2P multi-point transmission intelligent photovoltaic tracking system. Compared with the previous generation, the greater torque can improve the wind resistance by 16%, which can escort the stable operation of ultra-high power components. The system can adapt to installation with a slope of up to 20%, and the bolts are anti-rotation, which effectively saves installation time; the keel diagonal brace is installed with a pin shaft to reduce the maintenance cycle. PowerFit-Blade has been successfully connected to the grid in a large-scale photovoltaic project in Shanxi, and the tracking system is equipped with PowerSmart One. PowerSmart One includes a monitoring system for power station monitoring, operation and maintenance, and health; the control algorithm is improved on the basis of the previous generation of controllers, and is compatible with the industry's mainstream large-size, double-sided, and ultra-high power component bracket applications; combined with the effects of mountainous areas, rainy and snowy weather, diffuse reflection, etc., to achieve power generation gains.

As flat land gradually decreases, the undulating land brings difficulties to the layout of the intelligent tracking system. For this reason, Powerway New Energy launched the improved PowerFit. In addition to being able to be installed at a 20% slope, the system adopts a "fisheye" bearing design, which enables the tracker to be arranged on undulating land and adapt to the slope, greatly saving the cost of leveling the land. The system has been used on a large scale in projects in Europe and South America and has become a star product of Powerway.

Baowei New Energy brought the latest photovoltaic carport bracket system this time. This bracket system abandons the design of traditional carports and incorporates BIPV design elements. The gaps between components are treated with sealing strips, and are connected by vertical and horizontal water tanks. It has excellent rainproof performance and is particularly suitable for use in areas with heavy rainfall in the southeast coast. The system can adopt a large-span design with up to three parking spaces as one unit. The length and size of the carport are unlimited and can adapt to large and small venues. With the popularization of new energy vehicles, the carport system can be adapted to install various types of charging piles; power generation on the roof and charging of cars in the shed. Industrial and commercial photovoltaic support solutions, color steel tile roof support series products, flexible and simple roof clamps, can make full use of the existing color steel tile roof, so that the installation of efficient and densely decorated components can greatly increase the installed capacity. The scientific clamping method ensures the waterproof performance of the roof, while reducing the temperature in the house, truly achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.

The household photovoltaic support solution is used for household sloping roofs. It uses innovative keels and interface components without damaging the original waterproof structure. The adjustable hook components can flexibly adjust the installation angle of the main keel, greatly reducing the difficulty of installation and effectively reducing the user's installation cost.
